You have many choices of doctors.  In addition to finding someone you trust, it is important to choose a doctor with the most experience with the problem you are having.  Your feet make up 1/4 of all the bones in your body, and include 33 joints and 107 ligaments. A podiatrists’ education, training and day-to-day experience is focused on these critical body parts.

The California Foot & Ankle Institute treats a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions including:  adult and congenital deformities, workers compensation injuries, trauma-related injuries, skin and nail conditions.  Common disorders include bunions, heel pain/spurs, hammertoes, neuromas, ingrown toenails, warts, corns and calluses, sprains, fractures, infections, and injuries of the foot, ankle and heel.

The doctors at the California Foot & Ankle Institute can detect the early stages of diseases that exhibit warning signs in the lower extremities and manage foot conditions that can pose an ongoing threat to a patient's overall health, including: diabetes, arthritis and cardiovascular disease.
